I was SO impressed with the RAPSA conference. Every detail was planned, organized, followed -through and maximized for success. I don't think I have ever been to a conference as classy as this one. Everyone had to leave with some piece (more likely, many pieces) of valuable information as well as inspiration. Of course, the speakers were top-of-the-line - the food, flowers, program, signage, and accommodations were first-class. I'm impressed.
